From the start, Leigh paid very close attention to our comments, but without being overbearing about it; he very quickly ‘got’ us. Once we found something we were seriously interested in and started the process, Leigh was fully available to answer questions or offer advice—including during times he was out of town with family. Diplomatically speaking, we hit some snags with the seller and the seller’s agent and Leigh was always appropriately aggressive in helping advance the process and provide us with his honest assessment of the situation (should I stay or should I go-type questions). We had an opportunity surface that needed immediate attention, and Leigh answered us after hours one night and put together a winning contract within hours (the seller was out of the country and accepted upon receipt). l'd done business with Leigh before, so I didn't have to double- check things because I knew everything would be right.
